30 duets must be completed before entering into a trio class

The Pilates series are set up this way to save you money throughout the process. You are not required to be in a Duet or Trio class. All classes are available as private lessons. Once you have completed your first session, you will see why it is in your best interest to work through the packages. 90 sessions or more are required before moving on to another level (i.e., beginner, intermediate, advanced, advanced and beyond) at the completion of your fourth year or all four levels, Pilates equipment will be made available without a trainer for a small equipment usage fee. At the ideal Pilates workout rate of every other day, three levels can be completed in as little as 78 weeks (that includes time off for vacation and sickness) although this is a possible timeline; advancement to the next level is determined by ability. Yoga:

Fitness Coaching:
Where-ever, When-ever you are available and we meet where you are, whether you are in shape or out of shape!
- $80 initial consultation fee for all new Fitness Coaching Clients
During this consultation we will help you decide how many calls are needed to reach your goals.
- 8 calls for $300 (expires in 2 months) + equipment costs $100
- 16 calls for $1000 (expires in 4 months) + equipment costs $300
This package can be put on an auto payment plan of 4 payments of $250 +3% administrative fee and cost of equipment.
- 24 calls for $2400 (expires in 6 months) +equipment costs of $300
This package can be put on an auto payment plan of 6 payments of $400 +3% administrative fee and cost of equipment.
After you have successfully completed 24 coaching calls, you can move into a maintenance package to help reinforce your accomplishments.
