One of the most powerful fitness tools you can find

We have the great opportunity to have Kimberly, trained as a classical Pilates instructor, who works primarily with adults.  Most of our clients start out with less than optimal movement patterns and are looking to achieve better posture; increase circulation, coordination and core strength. We work closely with clients to create flowing movements with precision.

Over time, performing these movements over and over again creates changes in the neuromuscular system. We inspire our clients to movement because movement heals.  Kimberly’s caring method and intuitive approach help clients achieve their goals and visions for a healthier lifestyle and life.
