Kids Yoga

 

Looking for a healthy and fun after school activity for your kids? Try our kids yoga class designed for kids 7-12 years old. We will learn how to listen to and respect our bodies in a friendly, safe environment. Learning of basic postures, stretching, activities, and games are all part of this class. Prepare to have fun with yoga!
