Transformational Hatha Vinyasa Yoga!

For those who enjoy a flowing yoga class and have strong yoga experience with sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twist, backbends and inversions. Extended posture sequences offer advanced practice in coordinating strength, flexibility and balance. We layer more new poses and introduce the moon salutation.

You will explore each Chakra and balance the Chakra’s. You will learn how to take your yoga practice off of your mat and into your life. Chakras are powerful energy centers in the body, aligned with specific emotions and body parts. We often create physical and emotional blocks in these centers, closing ourselves off from feeling fully alive.

Through a combination of pranayama, asanas, mudras and meditation, you will achieve a higher level of awareness of your body’s energy system. We begin at Chakra One and move up the spine to Chakra Seven. Each Chakra will be open clear and spinning. Take your yoga practice to a new level and experience a complete workout of the mind, body and soul.
