Mind Body Balance regularly donates gift certificates to non-profit organizations and we are glad to do it! Here is how one looks:
To request a donation for your fundraising event, email info@mindbodybalance.com
Please include in the email: your name and contact information, your organization’s name, the name and date of event and the address to where you would like the gift certificate mailed to.
