Start the day/end the day the right way. Breathe, move and motivate. All levels and people of all kinds are invited to follow along with a Mind Body Balance instructor as they work with you to get you moving. You’ll be combing beginner and advance beginner poses in a hatha vinyasa style practicing along with your teacher. Warm your body and listen to the sweet music of your breath.

This class is by donation (suggested $5+), with proceeds going to Joe’s ALCC Boxing. The class type will vary weekly.
