Advanced Yoga

Advanced Yoga Group is a popular, invigorating class utilizing principles of alignment. The practice of personal, physical awareness combined with breathing. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit. Be ready for advanced poses, inversions, arm balances, variety and challenges abound. We also explore the benefits of sound/chanting/mantras/mudras, and an introduction to Sanskrit. We recommend that a brand new student begin with the beginner yoga class to first familiarize themselves with our system.

This is a challenging class and requires an ongoing consistently yoga practice. You must be ready to be challenged both mentally and physically.
