This class combines movement, breath, meditation so that you can obtain flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. This is a wonderful class to learn the art of power hatha vinyasa yoga and experience principles of mindfulness for de-stressing. It is recommended that you have prior experience with yoga to take this class.
